How our service works

1 — Initial contact

We’ll find out from you why your home is empty – and explore what you’d ideally like to see happen.

2 — Detailed report

We’ll then produce a detailed report which will outline a range of options that are available to you.

3 — Action Plan

We’ll talk through the report with you – and help you to work out detailed next steps.

4 — One-to-one support

Once you’ve agreed what you want to do, we’ll work with you every step of the way to bring your home back into use.
